We would like to better understand your rating, particularly regarding delivery times: you have placed a fairly large order and live relatively far from our restaurant, for delivery on Thursday evening which is traditionally the busiest evening for K deliveries. Order placed at 6:43 p.m., delivery scheduled between 7:45 p.m. and 7:55 p.m., and carried out at 7:49 p.m. We would like to understand how to offer you a better service
