Itaglio Marais

Itaglio is open in le Marais, it is one of the few kosher restaurants to offer pizzas made by slices, al taglio, like in Italy.

What defines this pizza? A thick and light dough, honeycombed, soft and crisp on the edges.

Plates of pizzas of all colors come out, with mixed flavors of which only the pizza maker from Itaglio has the secret.

At Itaglio's, in le Marais, respect for Italian street food is combined with kosher sauce, with market products always fresh.

Because every day, at Itaglio, we imagine a different pizza of the day (in addition to those on our menu), respecting the seasons and the expectations of our customers.

We thought of everyone: our little gourmets will have a preference for the share of classic pizza but the big gourmets will find their happiness in the Al Taglio tasting (the equivalent of a share and a half of pizza).
