Bravo for originality of this concept and decoration very hype.
Don' t hesitate in asking the manu and order warm dishes: tuna skewers (delicious), nems... served very fast!

I don't know why everybody loves this concept of plates which are trooping... it's funny the first time but no more. Prices are expensive and as for "hot" orders, it's difficult!

It's a new concept, the frameworkd is still cool and specialties still delicious... only bad point, Philippe cannot be everywhere in the same time!!
Sushi West, often copied, never equalized!
