Osmose

The restaurant Osmose is located near La Maison de la Radio, in the heart of the 16th.

Thinked like a case revealing a fusion food, Osmode unify a framework covering, playing with mildness curved and noble material. Rounded wrapped and the purity white of the room contrasts with a basement with black mosaic and mirors.

Borned thanks to a meeting between Franck B., already owner of le 8th art, and Yoni S. young creative chief and Olivier Gossart, designer, Osmose has been made to homogenize architecture and reffined food.

Osmose will make you discover dishes like "Tartar of salmon with guacamole and caraway", "breast of duck with bitter cacao" of "Sea bream shitake with snowpea and ginger-raifort"...
