It's a new concept, the frameworkd is still cool and specialties still delicious... only bad point, Philippe cannot be everywhere in the same time!!
Sushi West, often copied, never equalized!

Delicious!!! It's my favourite japanese restaurant : the california Arc en Ciel (rainbow) so original... the california tuna unic. The reception seems to be long, but i never wait there, it's my HQ!!!
