We don't despair to find a "pure butter pastry". We aren't against the margarine which make the sachet permeable in the parve pastry, but the lightness is unknow with tunisians. Chez Akol isn't the solution, how can you use tin mushrooms for your quiches, however they are more salty than the sandwich at the beach? It's not a place very clean, but it's acceptable.
