There is not 40 seats but far less.
Freamework is cool, it's one of the best pizza i've tasted.
Only bad point, the owner is sad

It is the first time that I write because before it had nothing to say: it was perfect. I am customer for a long time and very faithful to sushi west Saint Germain, at several times per week.
For a few months there had been an exceptional manager who listened customers and was very efficient.
This evening I had a dinner with friends and a word qualifies it: wretched.
The difference is felt!
When we arrived, they don't talk to us. Long time to have the menu, I do not speak to take the order.
A Coke: it should be asked 50 times the waitress who insane royally. Then we seek somebody else.
Fortunately there is your waitress with glasses who deals what she can to save the setting, whereas she does not occupy herself of us.
We eat: fortunately it is good but where, at 22H35, they put the chairs on tables, in order to tell us we have to go outside.
A dessert? Well... no, the waitress does not come and brings the bill.
Then we wish that that the manager who held sushi west Saint Germain be back quickly because we wonders whether we will be back.
Everyone was disappointed and your restaurant wasted us the evening.
I wish it becomes again like it was.

Clean and sober decoration, kind service, good and refined food, but expensive...
O You doesn't revolutionize the landscape of Parisian kosher restaurants, but reasonably holds its promises.
However becareful withavailability of some dishes, u'd better call before, to have your preferred dishes.

More and more disappointed by this restaurant which belong to my favourite since the opening.

I often went there and i think service is decreasing whereas prices increase.

The last catch was to make that sauces are not free any longer when delivery.
We pay the same amount for delivery as on the spot, and more, we pay 0.15€ to have sauces... it's not fair!

I also notice that some people received promotions whereas regular customers don't have even a thank you.

The Jouffroy restaurant didn't want to served us because they didn't have time (a table was free). If they only want to proceed by delivery, why putting tables ?

Thus, i will eat sushis elsewhere and the Sushi West staff should keep quiet.

I went there and i was disappointed (for the firest time, maybe the last)
You will tell me it the principe of this restaurant, but i don't understand: even if you are 8 and 4 friends arrive in a few minutes, the staff won't place you untill everybody is there.
A friend joined us, he was the 9th people so the waiter didn't want he seats!!!
It's a pity because dishes are not bad

A little small and close, it's a pity. But i think Sushi West began from this place. Staff make efforts but between delivery orders, take away and eating on the spot, it's difficult for them.
To sum up, when eating sushis, we know they were prepared as quickly as possible.

Don't be late otherwise you will not be placed. It resumes the mind of this place since it's known.
More expensive prices as others! Why?
Only decoration, beautiful, is nice to look.

good restaurant but could be better

They sould make efforts in order to make the restaurant clean!
But good reception, good service, and good dishes.
It miss seats but they will grow i thing...

Same concept than Papy youda pizza...

Go there to eat fast, it's not an evening restaurant!
