Very very very disappointed by this restaurant that I do not recommend!

For starters, very bad reception where barely get into the restaurant it is yelling, then, of course overcooked or burned, chipped plates, a server that would do better to retire (praying before its customers the "lord" for clients quickly and end up leaving and thank God once one asks the addition), gratins impossible to eat, and finally, when they want to do something and you offer a dessert to be forgiven, they bring you a plate with scoops of ice cream and whipped cream already half melted ... not to recommend, it is shameful for the image of kosher restaurants!!

Absolutely below par on every score. Crowded and dirty with unappealing food and high prices for what we received. We ate there because it was recommended by a passerby trying to help us find anything open at 7:30 at night in the rue Richer area. It was a very disappointing experience.

this is not a restaurant but a cafeteria
dine amid a hubbub does not want to go there
on the other hand, as for knowledge, they should return to school food
no expertise in the customer reception
I will not go back anymore...

Big disappointment, the service is pathetic. The restaurant is tiny and the food not great.

Service is awful
Quantities of deserts are poor.
Finally, if you had a moment of discomfort I would highly recommend it.
Remember to bring a bottle of water because they are very stingy.

Sushi West Villiers

Being accustomed to make me deliver Sushi, I decided last night to test Sushi West, attracted by their new card, rather upscale. A disaster. Order placed at 20.35, with "delivery within 45 minutes guaranteed." At 21:30, no news. I decided to call the number Sushi West (surcharged 35CT per minute with 30 seconds of blah to make you waste time like a audiotel!). Obviously outsourced, customer service tells me that there are probably a little late but the driver had just left the restaurant. 22h: still nothing. I remember. I was told that the driver went to 9:58 p.m.. Nice to understand that I had lied in my first call! So I wait, confident, knowing that the restaurant is 5 minutes walk from my house ... 22:30, so after 2 hours of waiting, the driver finally comes ... but everything is cold, icy, inedible: nuggets, dry kebabs, rice and spring rolls chewy. And ordered white rice is not even ... I remember one last time the premium rate number, which we will explain, after 2 of my contact negotiations with the "supervisor" of the call center (!), No refund, even partial, is possible. We have offered me a part on your next order. A shame, any good restaurant would have spontaneously suggested a partial or full refund on the spot. Note that the "supervisor" is the one call center and not the boss of the restaurant ... So to summarize: a call center that handles overcharged customers of the restaurant as a telephone operator, delivery in 2 hours without warning, a frozen meal, incomplete and half eaten. Never!

Icy welcome any support from your customer reach.
Then the order!!!!! You wait the manager who has no competence in this business... he ask the chief for ingredient in each product !!!!!
After 35min waiting you ask your starter served with mood death of the boss!
And hunger that you arrive no longer valid and that you would only want to leave it for you not to write after the meal how it go !!!!!! !
Briefly restaurant not recommended at all.
